Antaean Solutions Expands in Europe and Asia

Antaean Solutions recently completed engagements in both Europe and Asia.  We used local client resources and Antaean Solutions consultants.  The talent mix allowed us to lead the engagement with a strong sense of international business needs while at the same time leveraging local market expertise and minimizing travel costs. 

Both engagements provided a comprehensive business review of product lines that served our client’s international customers as well as multiple internal clients.  The projects generated action plans to take advantage of internal client common interests and eliminate their conflicting demands.
