With over twenty years of experience in Financial Services, Kate has experience managing large, complex projects in Treasury Services, Personal and Institutional Trust, Brokerage, and Investment Management. Most of her career was spent in large financial institutions where she managed system conversion and system replacement projects resulting from mergers and acquisitions and/or changes in business strategy. Since becoming a consultant with Antaean Solutions, Kate has managed and/or participated on numerous engagements, including system migrations and business process improvement. Her experience and flexibility allow her to take either a lead or supporting role in most engagements based on client requirements.
