Summary

With thirty-five years in the Financial Services industry, Randy has experience in Retail Banking, Payment Operations, Treasury Services, Personal and Institutional Trust, Brokerage, Capital Markets and International Operation. Much of his career was spent in large financial institutions where he managed operating groups of up to 1000 employees. He co-founded Antaean Solutions, LLC, in 1997. Since that time he has been personally involved with over thirty consulting engagements, where he has performed in several capacities. In addition to consulting, he also serves as the managing partner where he is responsible for the overall management of the partnership, relationship management, and recruiting.
