History
In 1997, Jim Kemp and Randy Ripple merged their consulting
practices to form Antaean Solutions, LLC. In 2004, the
partnership significantly expanded its capacity to meet
its clients’ needs when Kate Beck-Korst, Bob Cooley,
Judy Freeman and Bill Harris joined as Principals of
the firm. Each had been closely associated with Jim,
Randy, and the Antaean Solutions’ clients since
1997. From 2005 through 2007, the partnership again continued
to grow the business, and as a result, three new members
were brought on board. In 2005, Velvet Hall filled the
role of Antaean Solutions Business Manager, and the following
year, Katherine LeSage joined the team as the Antaean
Solutions Staffing Manager. And then in 2007, Jill Dillon
joined as a new Principal of the firm.
